OilCandleSupplies is an online store only.  We have been in business online since 1998.  EMAIL US FOR A PROMPT RESPONSE if you have questions

We accept and process online orders 7 days per week, however we do not accept phone calls outside of normal business hours, central standard time. Monday through Friday.

We do not answer candle design questions.  Please research oil candle making if you have questions about making candles.  YOU MUST MEASURE YOUR OPENINGS FOR A CORRECT FIT FOR OUR WICK HOLDERS.  WE DO HAVE MEASUREMENTS LISTED FOR EACH.

Our shopping cart is secure.  When you place an order, your credit card information is placed on our billing page, you will notice a lock in the bottom right corner of the page. This lock indicates a secure encrypted page.

Your credit card is never sent out on ANY EMAIL.  We are very serious about protecting our customers private information!

ORDER CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS
Once an order has been processed, (boxed with shipping label) it cannot be cancelled.  Expedited orders will not be cancelled due to rush shipping.  


If a return is made, it is subject to a 25% restock fee plus our shipping cost we paid to ship the order to you.  The customer has to pay the return shipping cost.

We have a 14 day return policy subject to the restock fee and our actual shipping costs to you.  Please let us know within 7 days of receipt of order concerning any shipment claims or need for return shipments.  Any return must be back in our offices within 14 days after you received the shipment.  A return authorization number RA# is required for all returns.  Please email us for your return. We issue a store credit for any return.

Credit will not be given for items returned without prior approval.

All returns must be packaged so the candle supplies are not damaged.  If there is damage, it will be deducted from your return.  You must notify us by email.  CLICK HERE TO EMAIL US  before returning a product to obtain a return authorization number.

If you provide incorrect 'ship to' information, phone number, or if the shipment is refused or returned to us for any reason, this is the responsibility of the customer that has placed the order, and it also is subject to a return fee of 50%. 


UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS: Refused Shipments
Any return that we have not been contacted to issue a "Return Authorization" number will be subject to a 50% return-restock fee.   We do not reimburse shipping charges.

If we sent an incorrect item, there is no restock charge.

If you do not agree to this return policy, please do not place the order.  Our order forms require a mandatory check in our return policy check box, stating that you have read and agree to our return policy, before the order can be placed online.

If you return damaged products you agree to NO CREDIT BACK TO YOUR CREDIT CARD.

Damaged Shipment

In case of damage, notify us by email, leaving your phone number so we may return your call.  Please keep all packaging and damaged contents until we notify you to dispose of it, UPS or the US Postal Service will pick up the entire contents and will need to inspect the damage.   We cannot replace your order due to damage if you dispose of the original packaging, box, packaging materials and shipping label with tracking number.  Please keep all boxes, packing and contents.

You must notify us of damaged or lost merchandise within 24 hours of delivery.  
We may require digital photos for insurance purposes.
1) We require a letter signed and dated stating your receiving damaged merchandise or lost merchandise.
Please describe your damage and if it is repairable.  
2) Include your invoice number
3) Tracking number
4) Date you received the shipment.  
You may mail it to the above address
Any item returned to us must have a return authorization number or it will not be accepted.
All returns pertaining to damage must be back in our offices within
7 business days of the date your received the shipment.

OilCandleSupplies.com shall not be responsible for any injuries, damages or losses of any kind due to your use of any product purchased from OilCandleSupplies.com.

DO NOT LEAVE ANY BURNING CANDLE UNATTENDED. In any case, our maximum liability to you is the amount you paid for the product.  We reserve the right to modify, alter or discontinue any policies and terms included herein at any time without notice.
